To that end I'm rewriting my NFC tag burning code to use animation to show a write in progress (concentric grey circles expanding from a central spot) fading to green if the write succeeds and red if it doesn't.

But do you have any advice on coping with red/green colour blindness? What do you think works best as the end states for both animations. Should I, for example, turn the background red and the circles black when it fails. Which will look very different form green circles on the black background when it succeeds.

Thanks for any advice.
SteveAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08080160999863320614noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6843566830671277353.post-58265202341764867142013-05-22T17:05:48.583-07:002013-05-22T17:05:48.583-07:00@Jonyas: Soon... I'm cleaning up the code a tad and will shoot DevBytes episodes around each of those demos (including demos whose code we didn't have time to walk through in the talk), and will post the code as those episodes get published.Chet Haasehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03250991041464602854noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6843566830671277353.post-64687571637267203442013-05-22T14:52:23.601-07:002013-05-22T14:52:23.601-07:00Hi and thanks for the presentation. Very interesting stuff for newbies (like me!) in this animations world :-)

To try to learn the technique properly I would like to have a look at the code slowly... I read it is going to be available soon but, any estimation on when it will be?

Thanks in advance Chet!Jonyashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05150726051842630795noreply@blogger.com
